Post Graduate in commerce with 8-10 years of experience in working in facility management industry. Should have prior relevant experience of customer handling, collections and recoveries. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, leadership quality and the ability to adjust with all levels of personnel. Exposure of working in ERP/SAP environment would be an added advantage.
Manager - Internal Audit (IA - 02)
Qualified Chartered Accountant having 4-6 years of post qualificaion audit experience. Ideal candidate should have knowledge of preparing audit plans and schedules, conducting, leading and managing audits. Coordianation with internal and statutory auditors for conducting periodic audits, evaluating internal control systems. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in SAP environment.
Facility Manager (FM - 03)
Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience in strategic planning and day to day operations particularly in relation to buildings and townships. Technically competent with excellent problem solving skills are given preference. Candidate should have adequate exposure to managing civil and electrical infrastructure and fire safety systems. Vendor management, monitoring and supervision shall be the core requirement of the profile.
Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager - Secretarial (DM - 04)
Qualified Company Secretary with 3-5 years of relevant experience in incorporation of Companies, preparation of notices, agenda, minutes of board meetings and preparation of annual reports. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of reporting and/or making disclosures under SEBI regulations. Registration of partnership firms, various compliances under listing agreements.
