Civil Engineers required in Agarwal Associates

Agarwal Associates (Promoters) Ltd., a well established real estate Developer Company engaged in construction of residential & commercial projects, requires the following personnel for their project sites:

Project Manager / In-Charge - 3 Nos.

BE (Civil) having a experience of 12-15 years in finishing/ high rise structure construction and thorough knowledge of the following:

Monthly Budget Preparation, Planning, Scheduling, etc. Complete and knowlege of M.S.P. is preferable | Planning v/s Achieved on daily/ weekly basis | Resource Planning & Arrangement | Weekly status wrt main schedule/ Residential high rise schedule, etc.

Engineer - 3 Nos.

Diploma (Civil) -5 years, or
BE (Civil) - 3 years

Experience in supervision/ Execution of high rise/ Finishing etc. of buildings & having a good knowledge of planning, scheduling, etc. complete

Contracts/ Billing/ Planning Engineer - 1 No.

BE (Civil) - 5 years experience
Diploma (Civil) - 8 years experience

Experience in quantity estimation/ Billing/ Planning/ Analysis of rate, etc. and knowledge of scheduling in MSP
